Bi-Polar Testimonials In Children
I was diagnosed as being bi-polar 2 1/2 years ago. The doctor placed me on
several different combination of medications. Lithubid, Zoloff, Paxil, Welbutrin
and aldactone. He experimented with the Zoloff, Paxil and Welbutrin (one at a
time) in conjunction to the Paxil. I was severely over medicated. It took a
little time until I realized I didn’t like the way I felt on all of the drugs.
By this time, my hair was falling out of my head in clumps because of the
poisonous nature of the lithubid. He then put me on the Aldactone to keep my
hair in, but this caused hair to grow on other parts of my body that did not
need hair! I then asked for something different, preferably natural. He told me
I would be on these drugs for the rest of my life. That was not acceptable. I
had four children, a husband, a job and a house to take care of. A friend had
given me a bottle of
OPC-3™, it was in the back of my cabinet (oops). I started taking it coupled
with the B-12 and Mineral Blast. It took six months for me to wean myself off of
the prescription drugs. As of April 27, 1999 I no longer take any form of
